You know, there is always a time which makes you down. You feel depressed and hopeless. You got lost. You want to breakaway but you never can. That’s recently me.
People got emodiversity. Most of them please you all the time. Some of them kill you. You will find an interesting phenomenon, even if you own lots of good moments, one bad moment could ruin you by one second. That’s cruel but real.
When the emotions drive you, you lose, totally.

Last time when I met Johnny, he gave me some encouragement. By his music. Through his friendly smile. As a small fan, I got lots from him and his music.
When I saw the information about his concert in Taipei, I bought the ticket immediately. Then, kept going on living. To be honest, I didn’t check too many details about this concert. And, it was the date.
I was surprised when I heard the subject this time was “Emotion”. It already hit me at the first moment.

The one I loved most was “Rodeo” that night. I was impacted by the melody and then the lyrics.
It says:
“Listen to the thunder in the distance
I can see a storm rollin’ in
I can feel the winds of change coming
Here we go again”
It’s just like you saw the “anxiety” or the “depression” moving fast to you. It is like the storm which is coming to you. You see it but can’t do anything.
It was terrible but somehow I could see “the storm” clearly while I listened to the song. And this time, it seemed that I was able to runaway from it.
Maybe just like what Johnny said, this is the power from music.
And, the lyrics says,
“Oh it was
So so good while it lasted
Good things all fade away
Heart might never get past this
It’s bound to break”
So, I was thinking, maybe the bad things will also all fade away. If you let it go.

Johnny treats all the fans his friends. He always said we mean a lot to him. I just want to say, so does he. His warm words, beautiful music and sweet smiles. All these heal us.
For the whole week, I played Johnny Stimson list. I guess it works. The melody brings away some negative emotions from inside me.
I feel better. Just a little. But I think the “little” will be bigger later. Then one day, I will be good again. I believe you too. If you are the same as me.
“You can do it. I believe in you.”
